Step 1: Connect your Android device & Enable USB debugging

Note: Make sure the battery is more than 30%.


Back to the home screen of the android device and click “Allow” until it doesn’t appear again . Then back to the program on your computer and click “Start” to begin scanning the lost messages on your Android.


Step 3: Select to scan text messages on Android

After scanning the Android, select “Messaging” and click “Next“.

Note: If you also want to recover other data, you can also select the right files together with messaging.


After then, you can choose to scan for “deleted files”, “all files” in Standard Mode or Advanced Mode as you need.


Step 4: Preview and restore SMS from Android device

It may take a few minutes to scan data from your phone. When it finished, all recoverable messages, contacts, photos and videos on your Android will be found and displayed in the scan result. Click the “Messages” on the left sidebar to preview every messages, then mark what you want and export them to your computer by clicking “Recover“.
